Hi, I’m Stacy! As a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, and a board certified coach, I'm here to guide you through the unique changes and challenges that midlife brings. With Stacy Sericati Coaching, my goal is to help you achieve optimal health and wellness during this transitional time, and help you live your best life. My personalized online coaching services address everything from hot flashes, weight gain, sexual dysfunction, and bone health, to mood and sleep issues, cardiovascular issues, anxiety and anything else your midlife body and mind are experiencing. Perimenopause can be a challenging stage of life with all the changes it brings; let me help you make this next chapter your best chapter yet!

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me with my husband Matt and our two sons, Trevor and Cameron, doing various activities like biking, surfing, hiking, skiing, usually with our dog, Puffer in tow.
